Membership Questions

Is there a contract?

No, we do not have contracts of any kind.

Is there an initiation fee?

No, there is no initiation fee associated with any of our memberships.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, there is no cancellation fee associated with any of our memberships. All memberships do have a 30 day cancellation policy.

How do I sign up for a membership?

If you are interested in a membership please schedule a tour with one of our representatives.

Class Questions

Can I try a free class?

Absolutely! Click on the tour tab and fill out the form. When choosing an option for your tour select "Take A Free Class".

I'm really out of shape. What class would you recommend?

Being that all of our classes are small, you can go to any class and the instructor will assist you.

As a member, can I attend any class I want?

Yes, as a member you get access to all of the classes we offer. No exclusions.

Do I have to sign up before coming to a class?

Yes, to ensure space is available, we ask all members to sign up prior to coming to class.

Personal Training & Nutrition Questions

Do you offer personal training for non-members?

Yes, we offer no contract personal training for both members and non-members.

Do I get anything extra with my personal training membership?

All personal training clients are given a free 24-hour membership and are allowed to come to group exercise classes for free.

Is nutrition included in my personal training?

Yes, nutrition is included in your personal training package but can also be purchased separately.

Do you offer personal training for children?

Yes, we offer personal training and sport specific training for all age groups and sports.
