Treadmill training doesn't have to stink! It can be a key component to preforming stronger and faster. Simply in demand by those who want to simply get a great workout - not just for those who consider themselves runners. The concept is simple. Cueing instructors take you through speed intervals; helping you find a great way to diversify your workouts, gain additional motivation, and grow as an athlete. Along with your supportive instructor, you experience a 30-45 minute class with upbeat music and air conditioning instead of “slugging” it out solo.

Strength FX

Needing the challenge and motivation? This 30-45 minute class uses moderate to heavy weights with plenty of repetition, leaving you walking out the door with a total body workout. Our skilled instructors coach you through achieving much more than on your own! Group weight lifting focuses on increasing strength with proper lifting technique; all while building lean muscle mass, preventing injury and strengthening your bones. This class pushes you to your absolute potential and allows you to excel in all areas of fitness!

Heroic

Are you feeling like taking on a challenge? Then take our newest class called Heroic! This daily workout will challenge in you way you never thought possible. Never the same workout but always one that will have to going through the paces to finish. The goal is to get the workout completed as fast as possible (safely). Are you up for the challenge?

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
